Sutter's Landing, Sacramento CA. 9th Video 1st video using the Sony P200 on the Slow Stick, using 3 different camera angles. Latrobe Rd. ( which is southeast of Orangevale, maybe 15 miles away) 3rd Video I had a locksmith job to run in Rancho Murrieta so I took George along for the ride. I figured I might as well take the plane along and go the scenic route by taking the dirt section of Latrobe Rd. for part of the trip. While stopping on the dirt road to see if it was a good place to fly, a passing car stopped and after a brief conversation we found out that we both fly Slow Stick planes. They decided to hang around for the flight. It looks like I tried to give one of them a haircut at the end of the movie, ( they were joking around) but not to worry, no humans or livestock were hurt in the filming of this movie.
Michigan Bar Rd. & Bridge Video was taken just a few miles down the road from the Latrobe spot. It was at the Michigan Bar Rd. bridge that crosses over the Cosumnes River. It was little overcast and hazy so the color is not as nice on this one. 4th video
